1. Service

SalaryJustify generates AI-assisted salary justification reports using live web research. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Reports & accuracy

Reports compile market evidence from third-party sources and cite each figure. While we strive for accuracy, the data originates from external sources and is provided “as is” without warranty. Reports are decision-support tools, not professional, legal, financial, or immigration advice.

Reports present cited market evidence and do not constitute a statutory prevailing-wage determination. For H-1B/PERM or similar filings, the authoritative source is the U.S. Department of Labor / OFLC.

3. Credits & payment

Reports are purchased with credits (1 credit = 1 standard report; premium reports use more). Credits are non-refundable once a report has been generated, and remain valid for 12 months from purchase. Payments are processed by PayPal.

4. Digital content & right of withdrawal

Reports are digital content supplied immediately on demand. Where you have a statutory right to cancel (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right available to consumers in the EU and UK), by purchasing credits and requesting generation of a report you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once the report has been generated.

Unused credits may be refundable as required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, circumvent rate limits or credit controls, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability

Reports are generated by automated AI research from third-party sources and may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date figures; you are responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalaryJustify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Changes
